Crown Metal Plating is one of the largest and most advanced metal plating and finishing facilities in North America, and is also known for the flexibility to be a large ‘Job Shop’, i.e. no customer is too big, and no customer is too small.

The Cleveland facility includes fully automated plating lines, automated polishing, buffing, and a wide range of specialty manual services covering more than two acres.

With premium finishes on all ferrous and nonferrous metals, Crown specializes in plating on steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and zinc substrate materials. Crown is one of the few facilities in the nation with the capability to plate certain specialty finishes including the electroplating of Copper, Nickel, Bright Chrome, Black Chrome, Brass and Tin.

The automated and programmable plating line enables Crown to process multiple projects simultaneously. Each project is engineered to exact specifications. The company’s customer service team encourages full collaboration with customers on every project to ensure objectives are met. All customers are provided direct access to top management throughout the process in a customer partnership that is unmatched in the industry.

Crown’s processes and work culture have enabled customer and workforce-retention rates that surpass 98 percent, year after year. Crown’s has dozens of full-time technicians that average more than 12 years in the industry.
